About Me
My interest in ADHD began in 2016, while working as a Learning Support Teacher at an international school in Singapore. As a trained dyslexia specialist, I felt confident supporting my dyslexic students but when it came to children with ADHD, I quickly realised I was out of my depth. I could see they needed something far more specific and intentional than the generic bullet-point recommendations tucked inside their diagnostic reports.

So I went looking for answers.

After searching for a programme that offered both rigorous training and recognised certification, I found ADDCA in the USA - widely regarded as the gold standard in ADHD coaching. I gained my certification in 2018, then went on to complete their Family Course, which gave me a deep, practical foundation for working with both children and the parents navigating life alongside them.

But this journey wasn't just professional. Somewhere along the way, my daughter — then 21, was diagnosed with ADHD. And shortly after, so was I.

What began as a desire to better support my students had become something much more personal.
What I like to do when I'm not coaching
HikingÂ
I like nothing more than heading out into the countryside with my three collies. I especially love hiking on the moors and it's a chance for me to clear my head and disconnect from daily stressors. A perfect blend of physical exercise and mental escape.

 Dog Agility
A great way to stay active and spend quality time with my dogs. I’ve never considered myself a competitive person, but I genuinely enjoy every minute of it. Dog agility has challenged me both mentally and physically, while strengthening the bond I share with my dogs.
Dopamine boost, brain stimulation
Reading and Researching
Hyperfocus, dopamine boost
I can spend hours deep-diving into all things ADHD and neurodivergence. While it often leads to valuable insights and a deeper understanding, I’ve learned to set alarms and reminders so I don’t lose track of time or neglect other important areas of my life.
